Sweat is definitely one of the triggers for eczema!

I've started running not a few weeks ago and as a consequence of that, I noticed that my eczema's coming back especially at the joints and creases. My friend's girl is having the same thing. Sweat, when not wiped off  or washed off immediately irritates my skin, and even my eyes. This can be especially bad for those with sweaty palms and feet as it is so difficult to keep them dry and sweat-free.

So, here are a few tips for those with the same condition.
- Keep a small towel handy and keep the skin as dry as possible.
- It's best to wash to get the sodium and other chemicals off the skin as fast as you can
- Moisturise immediately, especially if you wash often as washing makes the skin dry. Dermaveen usually is my moisturiser of choice
- Drinking more water helps keep skin hydrated as well as reduces the solute composition in our sweat
